We purchased this product as we live in an area where wireless is just not an option. First of all it came with no start-up disk and no paperwork whatsoever other than a slip that said download from site. Four hours later we are still struggling to set this up. When I called the site, no one could speak English. Avoid this at all cost.

This product was super easy to install & use. I definitely reccomend this product for anyone with a Sprint broadband card.
