How do I disable my internal broadband card from Verizon?

Can you answer kittymommy’s question about DSL?:

I have a corporate Dell that has an internal broadband card that doesn’t allow my personal broadband card to work. How can I deactivate my computer’s broadband card so I can use my personal one?

    DSL Feedback: Go into the Control Panel | System |Hardware | Device Manager

    Find the card and disable it

    DSL Feedback: Right click “My Computer”-> Select Manage -> Click Device Manager -> Expand Network Adapters -> Select the Broadband adapter. Right click it and select Disable.

    DSL Feedback: Right click on My Computer, select Manage, open Device Manager, right-click the device you want to turn off, and select Disable.
