How do I change the password on my wireless DSL router?

Can you answer Lost OC Boy’s question about DSL?:

I have the (almost) free 2Wire wireless DSL router that comes with the ATT/SBC Yahoo DSL.

    DSL Feedback: You need to log into the router. Figure out it’s address (try IPCONFIG and see what IP address you are, then replace the last portion with 0) the username and password is probably admin/(nothing).

    Then set the password..

    DSL Feedback: Open the program that came with the router. There should be a security control panel which will let you change whatever you need to. It might ask you your security question. I hope you remember the answer.

    DSL Feedback: You have to do the following:

    > Click Start
    > Click Control Panel
    > Click on Network and Internet connections
    > On the network and internet connections window, under “or Pick a control panel icon, click on Network connections
    > From the networks shown click on Local area connection
    > From the two tabs, click on the Support tab
    > Get the IP address shown and type it in the web address bar
    > You will have to have wireless router’s manual :)
