Here in Britain, ISPs will only ever give you speedtouch 330 USB ADSL modems (however, they’ve started to give out wireless routers instead now). Is it possible to connect to Xbox Live with a USB modem?

Can you answer George M’s question about DSL?:
I just bought a laptop and want to use it from my room. I have verizon dsl and recently attempted using a d-link router but quickly found out it didn’t work. I called verizon and they told me it wasn’t compatible. Does anyone know which routers are compatible with verizon and also quick how-to-install steps in order not to make any mistakes.
